Applicants must –
- identify as a woman
- use a wheelchair/scooter for 100% of community mobility
- be a US citizen
- be an Ohio resident for at least six months
- not be a former Ms. Wheelchair America, Inc. titleholder for any state or district
- be willing to fundraise and travel the state to spread awareness and advocate for people with disabilities
